Fellas, are you having a hard time finding the perfect gift for your wife? If your wife is like mine she would love to have silky soft manageable hair and radiant looking skin! Well give her the gift that keeps on giving.....A water softener installed by Precision Plumbing!! We service all your plumbing needs in Marinette and Oconto counties. we are conveniently located between Marinette and Crivitz. Hard water can be a
big problem, affecting almost every area of your life, but not a whole
lot of people know exactly what hard water is. In fact, if one hundred
random people on the street were polled, the majority of them would have
heard the phrase “hard water” – but very few of them would be able to
define precisely what that phrase is referring to. Water is referred to as “hard water” if it contains a lot of minerals
or metals. This makes sense, as you can think of the fact that metals
and minerals are hard – so if there are a lot of minerals in water, it
would also be referred to as hard. Minerals and metals that are often
found in hard water include calcium and magnesium, but other minerals
and metals can be found in there as well. These pollutants get into
groundwater by seeping in from the surrounding soil. We all know that hard water is “bad” – but what exactly is the problem with hard water? What kinds of problems can it cause? **Hard
water can cause calcium and magnesium to build up on the inside of
metal (such as pipes, tea kettles, coffee makers, water heaters –
anything that is made of metal that might have water inside of it). This
scaly buildup can cause water to run slow or take a lot longer to heat
up. Eventually, it can move from simply interfering with the movement of
water through your pipes to actually totally and completely blocking
it. **Hard water causes damage to fixtures like shower heads as well as
pipes. This damage occurs over time due of the buildup of minerals such
as lime and calcium. Steel pipes are especially susceptible to this type
of damage and it is advisable to replace them with copper, CPVC, or
ideally you would perform a PEX plumbing replacement. **Hard water is very difficult to use around the house for
daily activities. Soap is a lot more difficult to work up a lather with
if you are using along with hard water, for instance, and it also causes
soap to deteriorate in such a way that it develops an extremely
unpleasant scum-like residue. ** Hard water will leave your skin dry and scaly and your hair will not be moisturized and will feel dry as well. Precision Plumbing 715-789-2295 or visit:www.precisionplumbingwi.com |

Give your family healthy clean water by installing a water treatment device today! Call Precision Plumbing LLC to schedule an appointment! PROLONG THE
LIFE OF YOUR APPLIANCES There are
many harsh minerals, such as magnesium and calcium, found in hard water that
cause major buildup on all water-using appliances. This includes your ice
maker, dishwasher, laundry machine, faucets, showerheads, and even your coffee
maker! With constant hard water running through your appliances, it
causes damage internally and overtime reduces the efficiency of the appliance itself. SAVE MONEY
ON YOUR ENERGY BILL! Any water
heater that is protected by a water softener can reduce your yearly energy cost
of that appliance by 22%-29% ! Additionally, your water will heat
faster due to the efficiency. CLOTHES WILL
BE WHITER! DISHES CLEANER AND SPOT FREE! Can’t get
those whites white enough or does the coloring in your clothes seem to fade?
How about the white spots or streaks you find on your glasses after they’ve
gone through the dishwasher? Believe it or not those are all results of
having hard water! Once you’ve installed a water softener, this problem
nearly diminishes. HUSBANDS DO
YOU WANT TO MAKE YOUR WIFE HAPPY……… -----INSTALLING
A SOFTENER WILL MAKE HER SKIN GLOW AND HER HAIR WILL BE MUCH SOFTER! While this
isn’t the most important benefit, it could be to some! The minerals in hard
water can clog your pores, and often leave your skin feeling dry.
Soft water allows your skin to produce its natural oils, which will leave your
skin feeling hydrated. The same goes with your hair! PRECISION PLUMBING offers free water
testing and can install a water treatment system to treat even the worst water.
We proudly serve Marinette County and surrounding areas including but not
limited to Marinette, Crivitz, Twin Bridge, Coleman, Wasaukee, Lena, Green Bay,
Oconto, etc.. To schedule an appointment call us

Is an on demand water heater the right choice for your home?

Is an on demand water heater (aka..tankless water heater) the right choice for your home? Many people have asked me recently if an on demand water heater would meet the needs of there home and family and if the purchase and installation would be worth the additional cost?
Tankless water heaters are just one of the many products that
Precision Plumbing offers to our clients in Marinette County and surrounding areas including but not limited to Marinette, Crivitz, Coleman, Wasuakee, Lena, Green Bay, etc.. On demand water heaters offer an endless supply of hot water, so you
never have to take a cold shower and, by instantly heating only the
water you need, when you need it, these suitcase-sized units save more
than just space; they save energy, which means you save money! In the past, installation of these units was complicated and costly,
but recent improvements in their design have made it easier than ever to
switch from a conventional, tanked water heater to an energy-saving on demand model. Many of the top manufacturers have even started offering on demand units that will work with existing 1/2-inch gas lines; this
makes retrofit installations faster and less expensive than before. Many of the older on demand units had trouble keeping a steady flow of
hot water, but the newer models have addressed this problem by adding a
recirculation pump that ensures that water comes out hot from the very
beginning and stays hot for as long as it is running. If it's time to replace your water heater, consider switching to an
energy-saving on demand water heater; the recent changes in technology
and design have made them a great option! If you would like additional information or would like to schedule your water heater replacement please call today: Precision Plumbing (715)-789-2295 Precision plumbing proudly serves Marinette County and surrounding areas. We specialize in Commercial and Residential plumbing and offer excellent customer service. |
Water Heater Repair, Replacement, and Upgrades

Precision Plumbing installs and repairs water heaters in
Marinette County and surrounding areas. Replacing and servicing water
heaters do not always require the same technical training or licensing
as plumbers and other contractors. Look for a company that has a
licensed Master Plumber. There is a huge difference from a Master
plumber and a master plumber restricted license. Master plumbers have to
go through 5 years of school and extensive testing and training. A
restricted license is much easier to obtain and only gives the company
legal rights to work on appliances. It is important to carefully
select a water heater repair service for your home needs. Here a few
things to consider before you hire a water heater repair service:
